During ESHRE 2013 we released the new version of Sperm Class Analyzer system, the SCA 5.4. The main advantage of this version is that is compatible with Windows 8 (32 and 64 bits), that makes SCA available for all new devices with touch screen, including tablets.

But this is not the only new, find below what other features are included:

  • New mySCA web site customized for each SCA system. You will find all the necessary information to audit for ISO 15189:2007, with internal and external quality controls tools.

  • New free SCA sample management viewer: Search and print sample results from any computer (it is necessary to have one SCA system with SCA dataShare option).

  • Keyboard shortcuts for the main used buttons: For example, if you want to add a new Type A sperm, instead of pressing the mouse button and select the sperm type, just press F5 keyboard key.

  • Nice feature for multicenter systems: Sort by center in the recent samples window.

  • In animal morphology: Automatic analysis of morphology fish sperm (head analysis).

  • Improvement of morphology automatic analysis of tail and vacuoles in human sperm and general improvement for animal morphology head analysis.

  • New online meeting room, where new products, maintenance tasks and online courses are provided.

    • Remember that this new version will be free of charge for all customers under maintenance and for all new installations.
