Goldcyto counting chambers are disposable slides designed for the assessment of concentration and motility with automated CASA systems, especially for animal semen analysis.
Principle of the device: When a small volume of semen is deposited on the open edge of the chamber the seminal fluid is distributed homogeneously by capillary action, enabling to carry out the assessment of concentration and motility in semen samples.
